
With the sensitivity to texture and the mixed tastes in this house, I’ve had to be creative slipping veggies into things. I even have to sneak it in to my food because I probably dislike more veggies than they do, but with my child’s autism she’s definitely got a texture issue, and I have a mild one (ex. LOVE mushroom taste but the chewy texture makes me gag.) Anyway, I’ve also had to get creative in how I make things. I can’t stand for a long time without moving around, and if I sit at all I’m done for and we should throw everything away and get pizza lol. So most of my meals, I’ll give you the recipe easy peasey then show you a few ways to make it in various stages of homemade. I’m not a dietician and don’t recommend any of these other than on taste alone. I’ll add as I go but I probably could come up with a new one weekly so check back if you don’t see anything you’ll like, it will change!
